Malaysian Mee Goreng
This is my variation of the Malaysian Mee Goreng noodles. This noodle recipe is another quick and easy one, and is full of flavour. Mee Goreng mean fried noodles. This egg noodle recipe is very different from the Chinese noodle recipe Chow Mien. I have used sweet soy sauce, Kecap Manis, to give the noodles a rich flavour and I have used Sambar Oelek to give you a spicy flavour. You could. of course. use sriracha sauce if you wish. Char Siu Chicken Pizza & Chorizo Pizza
This pizza recipe includes two different types of pizzas, char siu chicken, which if you look at my previous char siu pork recipe, I use the same ingredients for this char siu chicken recipe, and chorizo pizza. My pizza sauce is also the same as marinara sauce, so go back to the stuffed chicken recipe and make the pizza sauce. I also recommend you buy good quality chorizo as it will give you a better flavour. If you go back to my last pizza recipe it will tell you how to make a pizza dough.
Vanilla Cupcakes
Everyone loves vanilla cupcakes, this recipe is very simple. The sponge of these cupcakes are similar to a scone's crumbly consistency but they melt in the mouth, they are so soft with that vanilla taste. I have gone for a light vanilla buttercream frosting topped with a caramel sauce drizzle and half a cookie for decoration, but you can have any type of decoration you desire.
Bombay Potatoes
This recipe was requested by so many of my friends so I had to make it. Bombay potatoes is a traditional Indian side dish. This potato recipe is so delicious. It is simply boiled potatoes cooked in variety of spices and a tomato sauce, giving you a tangy spicy flavour.
Red Velvet Cupcakes
This is my red velvet cupcakes recipe with vanilla buttercream frosting. Normally the frosting would be made with a cream cheese. I prefer the vanilla buttercream and it goes very well with the red velvet cupcakes. These red velvet cupcakes are certainly impressive, delicious and super moist with that vibrant red colour. Just make sure you buy the quality red food colouring and don’t go for the cheap one. I have decorated my cupcakes with fresh strawberries and red velvet cake crumbs. You can of course use any cake decorations you like.
Stuffed Chicken In A Tomato Marinara Sauce
This is my stuffed chicken recipe with a tomato marinara sauce - it is so simple to make. The chicken breast is seasoned and then filled with smoked ham and three different types of cheeses. You can fill your chicken with whatever you desire. The chicken is breadcrumbed, shallow fried, then oven baked with the marinara sauce topped with cheddar cheese and mozzarella. So juicy and so simple to make. I can guarantee this will be your family favourite dish.
Sushi
This sushi recipe is for cooked ingredients for those people who prefer not to eat raw fish. My sushi fillings are roast chicken, teriyaki salmon and surimi (crab sticks). If you prefer to use raw fish then please use it in your sushi. To make sushi is an art. I will show you my technique on how to fill and roll a sushi. There is no need to order sushi if you can make it yourself. Follow my instructions and you too could make the perfect sushi.
Double Chocolate Muffins
This is my double chocolate muffin recipe. Another easy quick dessert recipe, I have used wholemeal self-raising flour, yoghurt and cooking oil rather than butter making my muffins extra moist and not dry. The milk chocolate goes very well together in this recipe but of course you can use plain chocolate if you wish.

This recipe is a Nepali recipe, it is a simple, quick and healthy steamed dumpling recipe. I have made three recipes: the chicken filling, the dough, and the sauce to dip into. Follow my recipe step by step and you will have the perfect momos for that perfect snack.

This is my masala lamb chops recipe, once shallow fried the masala chops a so succulent and juicy; they are not dry. This recipe is so delicious and can go a bbq. My masala will do the magic on the chops as it’s left overnight to marinate. These chops will go with anything you like to serve it with.

This is a quick shallow fried fish recipe, using basic ingredients. You can of course oven bake this fish too. Follow my recipe and you will have yourself a delicious fish meal that you can serve with anything you desire.
Chicken Kebabs
This is my quick and easy homemade chicken skewered kebabs. I have used my bbq grill to cook my kebabs but you can use the oven or the gas fire to cook your kebabs. The kebabs are tasty and so colourful as I have used mixed peppers and red and white onions. Follow my recipe and you will have the most delicious kebabs especially if you like bbq chicken.
Marble Bundt Cake
This is my vanilla and chocolate marble bundt cake, using a bundt mould cake pan. This cake is a batter mixture separated with vanilla and chocolate, this is then swirled together giving you a marbled affect. This cake can be hand blended as demonstrated. The cake will still be moist and fluffy, then beautifully decorated with melted chocolate. Perfect for dessert or for a party.
Carrot Cake Cupcakes
These are the best moist carrot cake cupcakes I’ve ever tasted. I have put in the perfect amount of spice and the right amount of grated carrot to give you that moistness. The creamy frosting is delicious too. This frosting is made without the cream cheese for those of you who don’t like cream cheese. The vanilla frosting goes very well with the carrot cake cupcakes.
Spicy Pepper Crab
I love seafood especially fresh crabs. This is my spicy peppered crab recipe, it is simply delicious, cooked together with sauté onions, ginger, garlic, and roasted spices. You can of course use any kind of crabs you can find. Key advice is never burn your spices. I have used a wok for this recipe as I have a lot of crabs to cook but you can use any pan you wish. Once cooked you can serve your crab with rice and steamed vegetables or even a salad of your choice.
Filipino Pancit
Pancit is a Filipino noodle recipe, using rice noodles. This noodle dish is so delicious, and so easy to make. You can add chicken, pork, prawns or a mixture of both. You can also use a variety of fresh vegetables as much or as little as you like. The flavour is in the seasoning and the stock used, and don’t forget the fresh lemons. I was inspired to make this noodle dish because of my good friends Albert and his wife, Jocelyn, who shared their Pancit with me one day. I won’t forget their kindness and how delicious it tasted. Thank you Albert and Jocelyn. Now I am going to teach you my version of the Filipino Pancit which is just as delicious.
Kerala Egg Masala
This is my version of the Kerala South Indian egg masala. It is so simple to make but so flavourful. The egg masala is a side dish served with chapatis, naan, appam dosa etc.. This egg masala recipe is very quick to make with a few spices. It’s not to spicy as you can adjust the amount of chilli powder and fresh chillies.
Chocolate Hazelnut Cake
This is my recipe of the chocolate hazelnut cake, especially if you love chocolate hazelnut spread. This chocolate cake is so moist and rich. I have used cocoa and chocolate chips making it double chocolate. This cake is a two layer cake, I have used a chocolate hazelnut frosting for the filling and topping. You can use any chocolates for the cake decoration.
Aloo Paneer Masala
This is a rich creamy a combination of aloo (new potatoes), paneer (cheese), masala curry. This is a delicious north Indian curry recipe. All the masala spices works very well with this curry. You can serve this curry with chapatis, naan or with basmati rice.
Japanese Teriyaki Salmon
This Teriyaki Salmon recipe is so quick and easy to make. You don’t have to fry your salmon instead this Teriyaki Salmon is baked in the oven. The salmon will be so moist and so delicious. Just don’t forget to cover the salmon with the foil. Follow my recipe and you’ll get the perfect Teriyaki Salmon every time. Serve with rice and salad or vegetables of your choice.
