Masala Lamb Chops
This is my masala lamb chops recipe, once shallow fried the masala chops a so succulent and juicy; they are not dry. This recipe is so delicious and can go a bbq. My masala will do the magic on the chops as it’s left overnight to marinate. These chops will go with anything you like to serve it with.
Masala Lamb Chops
Ingredients
1kg lamb chops
1 teaspoon onion granules
1 teaspoon black pepper
Rosie’s curry powder
1/2 teaspoon Rosie’s garam masala
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon fenugreek leaves
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon ginger grated
2 garlic cloves minced
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon fresh coriander leave for garnish
1/2 fresh lemon juice
Method
1. This recipe is a quick recipe, just add all your ingredients except the fresh coriander leaves to the lamb chops.
2. Marinate your lamb chops overnight or for minimum 1 hour.
3. Shallow fry the lamb chops or bbq the chops until cooked on both sides.
4. Serve with anything of your choice. Happy eating :-)
