Spicy Pepper Crab

I love seafood especially fresh crabs. This is my spicy peppered crab recipe, it is simply delicious, cooked together with sauté onions, ginger, garlic, and roasted spices. You can of course use any kind of crabs you can find. Key advice is never burn your spices. I have used a wok for this recipe as I have a lot of crabs to cook but you can use any pan you wish. Once cooked you can serve your crab with rice and steamed vegetables or even a salad of your choice.

3. Once done add the fresh crabs, stir well cover and let it cook for about 45 to 50 minutes at a low heat making sure to keep stirring time to time so that the crabs won’t burn.

4. Once cooked through garnish with curry leaves and fresh chillies and serve immediately.
