Paneer Tikka Kebabs

This delicious recipe is a vegetarian dish and so everyone can enjoy it. Paneer tikka is one of my favourite dish and if you have an air fryer it will be ready in just 15 to 20 minutes. This paneer recipe can be served with naan bread or just on its own as a starter. It’s quick and so easy to make. Give it a try and let me know.

Paneer Tikka Kebabs

Ingredients

Serves 4-5

400g paneer

3 mixed peppers

3 onions

4 garlic cloves minced

1 tablespoon minced ginger

1 teaspoon fenugreek leaves

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon coriander powder

1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon Rosie’s mixed spice

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt

1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri powder

1/2 onion powder

1/2 teaspoon ajwain seeds

1/2 teaspoon mango powder

2 tablespoons yogurt

Cooking oil

Wooden skewers

Method

1. Soak your wooden skewers in cold water so that it doesn’t burn while cooking.

2. In a bowl put all the spices, yogurt and oil and mix well.

3. Now add the paneer cubes, mixed peppers and onions coat well and marinade over night.

4. Skewer the paneer, onions and mixed peppers and just sizzle oil into the air fryer and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. It’s as simple as that.
